Janae and I went on a scavenger hunt to find the following things and make a photo story out of it:
- Something old
- Something beginning with the letter C
- Something colorful
- Something meaningful/important
- Something free
We walked to a corner store about a block from the Community Center. Here’s what we found:

Something beginning with C
Colorful candy
Something meaningful: cigarettes. The store's owner told us about how he hates to sell cigarettes. He explained how it hurts him to see people spend their last bits of money on this addiction.
Something free...in a store? Encouragement!
