A Waddy, KY native, Crystal enjoys the finer things this life offers — like trees, rolling
landscapes and fresh air. She came on staff at the Seventh Street Center in February of 2009
after volunteering there for several months.
Her greatest passion is to help people and she can think of no better way of accomplishing
that than through supporting and encouraging young people. When she’s not at the Center,
Crystal spends much of her time (lately) watching vegetables grow in her garden.
“When you look through a camera lens, suddenly things look different — small details catch
your attention and the mundane becomes extraordinary. I love watching the kids’ wonder
and excitement as they experience the world in this new way. OWIP has captured their
imagination and their enthusiasm about the workshop is palpable and contagious.”
